Please note there are no 2 vacation homes alike. Some Villas include either a pontoon boat (with furnishings including motor and life jackets) or a 14’ rowboat. A motor for the row boat can be added for a minimal charge. Grills, microwave ovens, color TV/VCR, movies, clock radios are furnished with each villa. Rate also includes use of Recreation Areas and Activities. There is one free trip to and from the island with all your luggage for each Villa. There is also a free scheduled Taxi Boat to and from the island - however, you can use your boat at anytime.

The entire Carriage House (4 units) has a great room w/ fireplace, TV, VCR, movies, 4 baths, 4 kitchens, 6 bedrooms, 4 living rooms, etc. Rented by day or week. Ideal for small retreats or seminars. 4 private units and Great Room

Year Round - $396 per night - 4 units $20 per night, per extra person

You will note that during Spring & Fall the homes are all rated for 2 persons. This keeps the cost down for smaller groups. You can add additional person for $75 per week or $20 per night. Children under 2 are free. 1 crib & 1 highchair are free if reserved in advance. Visiting guests must register ($10 per day charge). Please remember however, in consideration of our other guest & our facilities, please limit visitors. Free parking for 2 cars. Feel free to phone us if you have questions.

Every effort will be made to honor your choice of vacation home; however, we reserve the right to substitute an equal or better unit (at same rate as reserved).

Pets accepted by special arrangement $7 per day for dogs under 30lbs and $12 per day for dogs over 30lbs. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times & not left in Villa alone. Portable kennels a must. Please make arrangements if you are checking in later than 8pm (the office is not staffed 24 hours)

DEPOSIT: ½ of listed rate is the required deposit for a guaranteed reservation. It is important that you get your deposit in as we continue to get many requests for the Villas. You may phone in your charge card number. Balance in full due on arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY: We refund your deposit minus 10% service fee if the unit is rerented for the entire period you reserved. No refunds for early departures. Cancellations by phone must be followed by FAX or letter.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: We require a credit card on file on arrival. We reserve the right to charge your credit card for damages done to resort property or if villas or boat need extra cleaning.
